Shiatsu massage Course

On Saturday 16^th May and Sunday 17^th May 2009 in the  Farm “Codavolpe” at Trepunti di Giarre (CT), a course of Shiatsu massage for beginners will be carried out. 

Programme of the course: 

Saturday 16^th May 2009, from 9.00a.m. to 1.00p.m.

Ø     Introduction to the course

Ø     Concept of Energy

Ø     Concept of Shiatsu massage

Ø     Theory of the five elements

Ø     Concepts of meridians and Hara  

Ø     Self-diagnosis

Saturday 16^th May from 3.00p.m. to 6.00p.m.

Ø     Form and movement

Ø     First practical tests

Sunday 17^th May from 9.00a.m. to 1.00p.m.

Ø     Demonstration of massage along the 12 meridians

Ø     Practical tests 

Sunday 17^th May from 2.30p.m. to 5.30p.m.

Ø     Exercises on the meridians for  Self-diagnosis  

Ø     Pratical tests

Ø     Questions and explanations

Ø     Handing out of some booklets about the course programme. 

Course Teacher

Andrea Matteuzzi, born in Bologna, has got a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering. He has always been interested in the knowledge and development of Eastern philosophies and in the self-treatment principles.

In 2002 he got a Diploma as Shiatsu Operator with the Master Ohashi from New York. Then he develops and completes his training by getting the four-year Diploma of biosystemic Counselor, as expert in aid relations, with Dr. Maurizio Stupiggia and Prof. Jerome K. Liss. He completes his formation being interested in disciplines connected with health and development of the human resources as Cristalloterapia and the Radioestesia.

Now he lives and works in Bologna.
